At Organic Shifa, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process. Please review our returns policy below.
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Unused and Unopened Products: The product must be in the same condition as when it was received. This means the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened food items, supplements, or products that have been used.
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@organicshifa.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorisation: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed with the return. You may need to include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you opt for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Refunds Processed: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within 7 business days from receiving the returned product.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
- Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if the returned product shows signs of use, is damaged, or is not returned in its original condition.
If you prefer an exchange for a different product, we will gladly process your request. Please contact our customer service team for availability and instructions. Exchanges will be subject to stock availability.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition, unless they are faulty or defective.
