Shipping Policy

At Organic Shifa, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the details of our shipping process, including shipping rates, processing times, and delivery options.

Currently, we only ship to addresses located in UK Mainland. We are working hard with our courier partners on solutions which will enable shipping in to Europe. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Order Fulfilment: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to your selected shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and the destination address. The available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the UK.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within the UK (available for an additional cost).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over £75 within the United Kingdom. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of £4.99 will be charged.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress. You can track your order directly from the courier’s website. If you have any questions or issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@organicshifa.co.uk within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in locating your package and resolving the issue with the carrier.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged items, and we will assist you in processing a claim with the carrier or issuing a replacement or refund as necessary.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice any errors in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@organicshifa.co.uk so that we can make the necessary changes before the order is shipped.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • PO Boxes: We do not currently ship to PO Box addresses.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer International Shipping, however, we are actively working with our courier partners suppliers on solutions. As soon as this is available, we will be sure to keep you updated.
